Previously, I was the CTO at WebPros, where I led the development of innovative cloud products and spearheaded the company’s cloud strategy. My passion for technology has always been more than just a profession—it’s a lifelong enthusiasm that fuels my hands-on approach to coding and solving complex technical challenges.
Before that, I refined my leadership skills at Zalando as Head of Platform Engineering. I led the platform engineering and developer tooling teams and played a key role in driving Zalando’s Open Source initiatives as well as their transformation to "Radical Agility".
Earlier in my career, I served as Head of Webhosting & Server at IONOS (formerly 1&1 Internet AG). This experience solidified my reputation as a trusted expert in the hosting industry and provided the foundation for my future endeavors in tech leadership.
I was also a member of the World Hosting Days Content Advisory Board and co-organizer of the WordPress community in Karlsruhe.
